Every September/October, the Comanche Nation Celebrates their traditions with a Fair and Powwow at the Comanche Nation Tribal Complex located at 584 NW Bingo RD Lawton, OK 73507
This year, the Fair was Friday September 30 through Sunday October 2.
The Fair includes multiple Native Dancing contests for all ages as well as drum circles, singing, and ceromonies to honor Native Military Veterans. There are carnival rides and plenty of games and food for everyone to enjoy. Other events include a parade, softball and golf tournaments, and an arts and crafts competition.
The entire 3 days calendar of events is open to the general public.

If you plan on attending in 2023, I recommend booking your vacation cottage from Thursday night through Monday morning and making your reservation at least 60 days in advance!
